Presented with a matched set of artistically crafted ceramic teapots, George first cast a replacement resin spout from the remaining spout. The new spout had to have additional sculpting with epoxy resin putty. Once attached, both spouts joint seams were filled and carved level around the cylindrical forms. With appropriate pigments and media, and rendering with meticulous attention to texture and color, the restoration is complete.
