For over 40 years Zito Schmitt Design (formerly Debey Zito Fine Furniture and Design) has been working with clients creating interiors and custom furniture with a design vocabulary including Scandinavian, Asian, Mid-century, American and European Arts and Crafts and Art Nouveau.
Using this breadth of design experience and emphasizing visual harmony in the home, we create interiors sympathetic both to the architecture and the needs of our clients. We work on projects both from the ground up, to single room remodels. Debey and Terry’s combined experience in industrial design, furniture, fine woodworking, art and remodeling, bring a wealth of working knowledge to every project.
Our Interior Design work is a collaborative process, working closely with clients, builders, consultants, fabricators, and artists. We offer a full range of interior design services.
We bring our passion for environmental responsibility, our fiscal awareness, our management skills and collaborative ethos to all our work.
