Lisa Klofkorn has worked as a graphic designer and illustrator for the past 25 years. Her interest in stenciling and stencil design developed after living both in a 1920 Craftsman style home as well as an 1887 Victorian home. Many of the walls and ceilings of these homes were stenciled using both commercially available stencils as well as ones she designed herself. She has designed a new line of stencils that are available for purchase through her website.
Lisa specializes in design from the Victorian, Art Deco, and Craftman periods, and has been greatly influenced by designers such as Christopher Dresser from the Victorian era and Josef Hoffmann from the Vienna Secession movement of the early 20th century.
Lisa is also available for custom projects, working with the homeowner or interior designer to create original stencil designs and interiors.
